| How do I purchase something? |
|
To purchase something from our site, simply go to the products
screen and click on the Order button, next to the item that you
want to purchase. This puts the item into your shopping cart to
hold until you are ready to complete your purchase or checkout.
Repeat this process until you have selected all of the items that
you want to purchase. When you are finished, you can checkout by
selecting the View Cart/Checkout link on the products page then
selecting the Checkout button on the Cart Contents page or by
selecting the Checkout button directly from the Cart Contents
page. On this page you may create an account, login (if you
have an account), or Checkout. It is simplist to select the
Checkout button. On this page, enter the required personal
information and select the Continue botton. On this page, you
need verify your shipping address, change if needed, select your
shipping method, add comments (optional) and select the Continue
button. On this page you need to select your payment method,
enter the appropriate information and select the Continue button.
This confirms your order, which will ship within two business
days. You statement for payment will indicate a payment to
hillydidit, LLC.

| How much is shipping? |
|
Shipping costs depend on the location that you are shipping to.
You can add items to your cart and view the shipping cost before
you make your final purchase.

| Is my credit information safe? |
|
Your credit card or check information is sent to our secure
eCommerce site, using a Secure Socket Layer, also known as SSL.
This encrypts the data as it is sent across the Internet. Your
credit card and personal information are processed at our
eCommerce site. You can view their policies
here. We will
never sell or give out your information except for when required
for your purchase or by law.

| How long will it take to get my order? |
|
Shipping is processed on a nightly basis. UPS shipping service
processes in the afternoon. This means that orders are normally
shipped out on the next business day after the order. Shipping is
from Utah. Overall process times, from order to delivery vary
from within 5 days to the west coast to within 10 days to the east
coast, all for ground shipping. Shipping services are very prompt
and I believe that there is not much to be gained by selecting
other than ground shipping. Canadian orders are more cost
effective to be processed through the postal service. Call if you

| Can a longer hose be added to the FireDancer? |
|
Yes if the hose is a proper high pressure hose made for propane
applications with the proper attachments. Because the included
hose, has a regulator and is low pressure, a high pressure hose
can be added between the regulator and the propane tank.

| Does the Forest Service or BLM approve the FireDancer? |
|
The Forest Service or BLM does not approve devices for out-door
use. Instead the Forest Service and BLM consider the FireDancer
to be a "Fueled Device" similar to an fuel powered, out-door
cooking stove. Therefore the FireDancer is restricted in the same
way as any other out-door fueled device.

| How long does the FireDancer burn? |
|
At full burn, the FireDancer burns at a rate of about 1 pound of
LPG (propane) per hour. A standard barbecue tank (5 gallon size)
holds about 20 pounds of propane.

| Does the vermiculite need to be replaced? |
|
The vermiculite does not normally need to be replaced. The
consumption of the material is negligable. As the FireDancer
is used, the vermiculite may become charred. This is normal and
does not affect the operation of the FireDancer. If vermiculite
is lost, or you wish to refresh the vermiculite, it is readily
available from the manufacturer.

| Does the FireDancer have UL approval? |
|
At this time the FireDancer firepit as a complete system is not
UL approved. All of the components used in the FireDancer
firepit, such as the hose, valve, and regulator are UL approved.
